Warthog throttle problem

I am having intermittent failures/problems with some of the buttons on my warthog throttle.

 

Does anyone else have these problems?

 

I read something about calibration software. Is there such a thing and where do I get it?

How old is the unit? Still under warrant? Button issues won't typically be resolved with a calibration. However, if you opened the unit for some reason; mods, etc, you could have pinched a wire, and that would give you issues with failures.
