Are there any plans for "Reduced Cockpit Res." for us with lower end gaming pc?

Sometimes i love to fly the f14 but it really suck that my pc sucks and it takes a good solid 5-10min to load into the cockpit, were as the f18 loads in 2-3min..

 

 

I have checked modding section but all of those breaks IC and all i do is fly in MP
