What am I doing wrong? JSOW

I have followed the instructions exactly as per the manual and the video wags put out. Am I missing something or skipping something? Every JSOW misses, flies directly over the target then makes 180* turn

Check your waypoint elevation, you need to set the waypoint elevation to the ground.
