cockpit and aircraft "warping" with newest Nvidia drivers

with the latest Nvidia drivers (431.60 or something) I get a strange graphjical warping for lack of a better term, it didnt happen until I updated the video drivers. did a clean install even.

 

its hard to describe its almost like the graphics are quivering

 

anyone else have this issue?

Nope, i have 431.60 installed since release. Must be something else.
