Since I use Gladiator + T-Rudder, twist axis remain unused, in DevCfg hide (for Windows/Games) this axis (Rotation X) and create a new virtual axis with twist movement from center to left for press the virtual axis "Slider1" from 0 to 100%.

Work nice for British brakes of IL-2 Clod and DCS Spitfire, MiG-15/21, and for all planes of IL-2:GB.

An more simple way for have this "twist brake lever", without having to create a new virtual axis.

Just need change one parameter of the original configuration for twist axis (#3 Rot X) for the axis became a full axis (0 - 100%) with just twist for left. Change the tick from 1 to 2.

1 un-ticked remove the center position of the axes.

2 ticked invert the physical data. If not ticked the axis varies 0 - 100% with twist for right movement of the grip, what is less ergonomic, comfortable.

Hi there! Thanks for the orientation, but I am afraid to do any of the above. Mainly because my vkb settings look different. I have a VKB hotas (2 gladiators, left is throttle only) plus Thq. But in the VKB setup they are independent, so I am surprised of the many different settings and values. If anyone can help me out, it's much appreciated!

Here my settings (default, untouched) Ah, my twist is Rotary Z (checked).
