[LATER IN EARLY ACCESS] Harpoon POP broke

I was testing a harpoon and I soon realize they never go pop when I select a harpoon to ask go POP they refuse to POP when they within 5 nautical miles from target.

 

1. Go any map

2. Get your harpoon

3. Add a warship

4. Set up your harpoon and Select harpoon to POP

5. Fire your harpoon and watch em with F6

6. They never go POP
