Hello there!

 

I just bougt "something". I intendet to buy a copy of "Boxed CD version of Flaming Cliffs". Why is the confimarion mail so funny. It says actually nothing. It doesn't state that I bought a boxed CD version of "Flaming Cliffs", it doesn't say who bought it and where to ship it. Also, when I log on to "http://lockon.co.uk/" and go to my "Payments" section, the section says "You have not paid for anything yet.". Well, the problem is, that my credit card was just billed 19.60USD for "LOCKON: shopping". Is this normal? Because the FAQ section of the site describes the payment a little diffrently.

 

What seems to be the problem here? Will I get my "Boxed CD version of Flaming Cliffs"?



 

I wrote an email to the site administrator too and didn't get an answer yet. If You guys at ED know something about my problem, please let me know this here.

 

Till now I just stick to the LO:MAC version. :joystick:

Dear Michael. I sent you email but you still didn't answer.

 

I can see your transaction in PROTX system but we have not any information in the site database, maybe there was connection error between our server and PROTX.

 

Please send your full delivery address to webmaster@lockon.ru so i can manually proceed your order.

Hehe... Yea. I see now. You sent it after 6PM. And it got stuck in my spam folder that I didn't checked today so far. :doh: Just got back from work. I will answer Your email in a second.

 

EDIT: The email has just been sent.
