Hi,

 

The lines on the pitch ladder should not be angled when the aircraft is level. Please see the folowing gifs:

The pitch lines are showing the angle of the nose relative to the horizon. This is correct your nose is high because you are flying slowly it is correct as is. They show the pitch attitude of the nose relative to the horizon not where you are flying the flight path vector does that.

In the real thing, the pitch lines become flat when the aircraft is level. In DCS, they are always angled.
