Look and Click combined (example)

Most people here have headtracking, but most gamers do not, so I believe DCS would be far more accessible if we could use a centered cursor, and move the camera at the same time. Similar to this (or basically any First Person Shooter):

Whatever you look at with the centre of the screen is also clickable. No more cycling LALT+C over and over :P

Only when the old way is preserved. Anyone want to use switch between clickable mode redefined to a single key and a HOTAS button.
