JF-17 documentation sources

One question, on which basis Deka Ironwork Simulations develop this module JF-17?

Have in hands some original documentation opened for public by Chinese/ Pakistan army?

 

Or it'simulation based on random data from Wikipedia or other non-army sources?

They said they have a manual, I think they mentioned it’s around 2007, it’s mentioned in the datalink thread
