vctpil Posted October 7, 2019 Posted October 7, 2019 Hi, I would like to set the altimeter on the correct setting when the mission start with the aircraft in the air. So, I found the value 26 on device.lua for the F/A-18, set a trigger "Cockpit Perform Clickable Action" and tried some figures. The problem is : if I set the maximum value 1 or -1, the pressure setting only vary from 29.92 to 29.98 or 29.86. Is it a possibility to set 30.06 for exemple ? Or it is a limitation of the ME ? Thanks, Vincent IAMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12x 3.7 to 4.8Ghz - 32Go DDR4 3600Mhz - GeForce RTX 3080 - Samsung Odyssey G7 QLED - AIMXY
Sedlo Posted October 7, 2019 Posted October 7, 2019 It's a bit of a dark art.... I've found you can "stack" the actions to achieve different results. Example below will result in an altimeter set at 30.15. I came up with it by trial and error, I'm not really sure how to do it otherwise. My Youtube Channel MY DCS MISSIONS
Sedlo Posted October 7, 2019 Posted October 7, 2019 I should say that the above works with the Hornet, not sure about other modules. My Youtube Channel MY DCS MISSIONS
vctpil Posted October 7, 2019 Author Posted October 7, 2019 Several identical correction, I didn't think about that. I will have a try, thank you. IAMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12x 3.7 to 4.8Ghz - 32Go DDR4 3600Mhz - GeForce RTX 3080 - Samsung Odyssey G7 QLED - AIMXY
