Oculus Mirror

I was just wondering if anyone can help sort out the resolution of my desktop and the FOV i need to set with Oculus Mirror, My monitor is 2560x1440, when i use the command to set resolution it displays correct, however the FOV is not correct, it shows the rift image cutting into black on the edges(obviously i need to set fov).

How do i calculate the FOV using 2560x1440, the native fov for the rift s is 1.3?

My commands for the exe in the Compositor are as follows.

Resolution --Size 2560 1440

FOV --FovTanAngleMultiplier 1.3 1.3 (default)
