External View on the ground in Multiplayer

Hello ED Guys,

 

as you probably know the external View is prohibited on most serious pvp servers.

We still like to admire the beautiful planes you are creating for us.

That's why we´d like to ask you to add the server option to enable the external view when not airborne.
