Q: Is possible to use Advanced haze & water effects for lower graphic setting ?

I always want to ask this question:

 

Is possible to use Advanced Haze and Very High Water wonderful effects for lower graphic settings ie:

 

_ Very High Water effects for Low Water but does not stress FPS (we choose Low water but using the effects of Very Hi setting)

_ Advanced Haze effect for Basic Haze and same above

Higher settings, require better hardware. There's nothing you can do about it.

 

There's some prosthesis on http://www.lockonfiles.com. Where you get "reflective" water (without waves shaders though). Or where you get dawn/sunset sky textures, while using basic haze settings (still missing advanced lightning and shaders though).
