Spitty Posted November 9, 2019 Posted November 9, 2019 Yes its not fun building a part twice as the first time it didnt fit..I still make errors every now and them but try fix them quickly.. Not only does it have t fit,it has to look correct and most importantly it has to work. Stang does amazing CAD work.My throttles are based off his plans and they work.
jrsteensen Posted November 11, 2019 Posted November 11, 2019 OpenHornet has a 3D reference model thats pretty spot on. I think you'll appreciate it. https://github.com/jrsteensen/OpenHornet/tree/master/reference OpenHornet F/A-18C 1:1 SimPit Website :: DCS Thread Link :: Discord :: Github ::
Stang Posted November 13, 2019 Posted November 13, 2019 Thanks Spitty for the kind words. You metal work is at the Master level for sure. If you guy have not seen his work, you're missing out. Seeing how his day job is working on real aircraft and world war II aircraft...his hobby work is no different from his "real" parts work. They are 100% spot on and accurate. Check his threads and you'll be amazed. He's the Master at Craftsmanship. Stang out Yes its not fun building a part twice as the first time it didnt fit..I still make errors every now and them but try fix them quickly..
