Dual rack symbol for single stores in Stores page

The dual rack symbol (diamond) sometimes appears on the Stores page, under single stores, such as fuel tanks and the TGP. The number 1 also appears above the FUEL label.

I can't reproduce it consistently, I've had it happen 2-3 times in the last week. All times, it occurred after a normal cold start, but I can't be certain it's related to a cold start, since I tried again and it didn't occur.

 

I can't attach the track, since I'm running some equipment mods in the mission, but nothing that would affect the Stores page.
