[KNOWN ISSUE] Raindrop effect animation

The raindrop effect animation has some issue. No wind, aircraft is stopped, with any aircraft position on runway. The movement of the raindrops is mark by red arrows

Thank you, this is a known issue that has been tracked already, just we did not get around to fixing it yet.
