jasonstory44 Posted December 4, 2019 Posted December 4, 2019 Updated my beta. Went into module manager and purchased the JF-17 along with another campaign. Now when I start the beta back up, my module manager spins and spins endlessly as if trying to log in and never does. The JF-17 is Gretel out in the bottom of the main menu. Any thoughts? Revelation Posted December 4, 2019 Posted December 4, 2019 Try logging out of DCS and back into it. Sometimes takes the servers a "minute" to realize you own the module. Some of us saw the same thing with previous modules. Win 10 Pro 64Bit | 49" UWHD AOC 5120x1440p | AMD 5900x | 64Gb DDR4 | RX 6900XT
jasonstory44 Posted December 4, 2019 Author Posted December 4, 2019 Ugh, logging out crashes my DCS. My DCS has been acting up, freezing and crashing so much lately. Tried a repair with no luck. Can someone point to a post that showed how to do a complete cleanup and repair/reset of DCS that I saw once? Thanks Jason Win 10 Pro, Intel i9 9900k overclocked to 5.1 (water cooled), 64 gb Corsair Dominator platinum RAM (3444 MHz) Titan RTX overclocked and water cooled 1.1 TB SSD 2 TB M.2 SSD TM Warthog Stick and throttle MFG Crosswinds Reverb VR Buttkicker LFE, SimShaker, Jetseat. crispy12 Posted December 4, 2019 Posted December 4, 2019 My module manager is empty, and it doesn't show up in the special offers either
Revelation Posted December 4, 2019 Posted December 4, 2019 My module manager is empty, and it doesn't show up in the special offers either Make sure you are running the Open Beta and not Stable branch. Win 10 Pro 64Bit | 49" UWHD AOC 5120x1440p | AMD 5900x | 64Gb DDR4 | RX 6900XT
crispy12 Posted December 4, 2019 Posted December 4, 2019 Make sure you are running the Open Beta and not Stable branch. I ran the repair as listed on https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/support/faq/709/ and managed to trigger the update
