Well we need more informaton:

1. Are you starting a game on your PC and he is joining the same PC you are playing on?

2. Are you creating a server and both of you are trying to join the server?

Are you connected directly to the internet or are you using a router?

for X_MAN :

1. For example:i am hosting the game on my PC and he is trying to connect from his PC to my created server and vice versa.

2. No the server is one of us.we are using a router.

if i make the server like you said...i will play on the net or lan....?i mean will ia have internet traffic....?i am asking because i have a limited internet connection.

Spitty - the way I find it to work best is to use the "internet" like Konkussion said and not "LAN". I use LAN when all computers gaming are on the same network - so you use the static ip assigned to each PC.

Once you select "server" and "internet" an set connection speed to "56K" you then select the mission you want to fly, join the side you want to fly (edit loadout as desired) and hit fly.

Then provided you have sent your "public ip address" to users and have turned off windows firewall. they can now join you.

we are using the version that is in the photos of the link you posted earlyer to my problem!i don't really know the version.in my control panel it says is version 1.00.000

OK first things first.

1. Are these computers behind the SAME router or HUB- are they in the same house?

2. CONFIRM your versions- both of you. Start LOMAC. The main menu will have 3 instruments at the bottom. If there is a version number it will say it. If you are on version 1.0 it won't say anything- If I recall correctly. Version numbers can be 1.01, 1.02.

Later versions say Flaming Cliffs in the title artwork, and are not found in the altimeter. (or whatever it is- can't look it up here at work)

Start with this and report back. We cannot help you until we know the answer to BOTH of these questions.
