Is my pc VR capable ?

My specs are:

Ryzen 5 2400G

16Gb RAM 2400Mhz

RX570 4GB

and dcs is on an ssd

I'd say your GPU is the weak link. And for all intents and purposes you really need double the RAM. It won't be bad flying around all by yourself with everything turned off/low but as soon as you get in the thick of things it won't cope.

I fly a Rift S on a Ryzen 5 3600 with 32 Gigs of 3200 RAM and a Red Devil 5700 XT and it does good 95% of the time.

Upgrade your GPU first, don't get too stuck on team red, right now the 2070 super looks like a fine card for VR. That'll get you started. Eventually you'll want a 3 series Ryzen, faster and more RAM. But, beauty of the AMD platform is you can take it one painful bite at a time :)
