Firing two Phoenixes in TWS at the same contact.

Since the recent update I don't seem to be able to fire more than one Phoenix at a target under TWS, after the first missile is fired the second one does not come off with trigger depress/hold. Is this intended or a bug?

To fire another at the same target the rio needs to press Next launch at the target. Thats how it works now as a rio at least.
