Mark points disappear from map in certain modes

Hi,

I created a mark point and it initially appeared on the map, but when I went from NAV mode to AG mode it disappeared. I could get it to reappear if I changed the waypoint type to CRS but then this also seemed to re-select the NAV master mode.

To me this doesn't make much sense, as AFAIK the map symbology is not affected by the master mode selection (all way points and mark points should display regardless of mode).

Is this a known issue?

It’s probsbly just changing waypoints. Just select MRK/OFLY waypoint you want while in whatever mode you want to be in. If you haven’t you should check out Chucks guide, the graphic talking about waypoints and what waypoint is what set of numbers Is in there a couple times

It doesn't really answer my question.

It appears the mark point only appears on the map if it is the active way point.

Change the waypoint on UFCP to what you want while you are in the mode you want. I don’t know if it’s real but I’m inclined to believe that must be how it really works, changing waypoint type when changing Master Mode
