System Failures?

I could swear there was a way to set system failures in the mission editor, but I cannot find the option. I do see the Random Failures option under the Mission Options screen, but I would like to set specific options. Is this possible?

Only in single player, look in the option tabs for the individual aircraft (there where can determine loadout and skin)
