Problem with Antenna Elevation Starting at Bottom

If HOTAS buttons are used to control antenna elevation, the antenna elevation always starts out at the bottom of the scale (on the left side of the MFCD) when entering TWS or RWS for the first time. User will have to press the key command multiple times to get bring the antenna elevation up to middle of the scale in order to begin proper scanning of air targets.

 

UPDATE: Not sure what I did. Perhaps it's because I deleted the Axis RX for antenna elevation and kept to using only the Hotas buttons and it seems to have resolved itself.
