VR recording issues with OBS

I am having issues with recording Game Capture "dcs.exe" in OBS.

 

I have followed and tried a few different videos on capturing video. So far, I cannot get "dcs.exe" game capture to show in OBS.

 

My current workaround is using occulusmirror.exe which the resolution is extremely watered down.

 

Not sure what I could be missing..

 

Using;

Oculus Rift S

2080ti video card

(Using a secondary display of 64" plasma TV)
