  1. Can confirm on older software versions you can see anyone contributing.
  2. The above or use the HuD cursor.. I mean it is what it's there for..
  3. Save two different MAV profiles under the DSMS and deleted the double pylon. Then cycle weapon profile. That said, the aircraft can handle asymmetrical loads quite well. Trim is your friend..
  4. I believe you meant, didn't fly "in combat." I seem to recall a few at the end of 2004 flying. The guys still deployed, did not get their upgrade until they got back.
  5. You can also use the hack of the seat height adjust up<->down switch..
  6. Dear ED, We love you and know you are working hard. Don't fret, the community will never agree on having to pay more for improvements. They want everything for free. I do feel lately you had a marketing mistep, however, before shedding light on the small increase, you should display everything people are getting before letting them know improvements are attached to a price tag. Since I know A10's are some of the older moderators favorite chat channels and we are some of your biggest fans/supporters, I figured I would make this two part post..so onto part 2.. Wishlist: ● Fix Smoke Pods ● Fix Illum Flares ● Finish Left Click/Right Click changes (SAS Panel) ● Altimeter Elec/Baro switch to be more accurate ● Grease Pencil Canopy ● Writeable Kneeboards Thank you, ED We love you all.. Even Big Newy sometimes.. Happy Holidays!!! BBBBRRRRTTTT.. or PPPPRRRRRRTTTTT from some of us older folk..
  7. Smoke Pods no matter inventory configuration not working. CCRP for Illumination Pod extremely off no matter INS/LASTE configuration. Thank you.. Appreciate the other updates..
  8. I hate to argue, but that is full with Whiskey for my maintainers. How else do we overlook those minor broken switches?
  9. Fuel tank on centerline? Where do I put my golf clubs?
  10. ^ this and it always doesn't hurt but to occasionally delete the old fx shader folder from time to time to make sure it's not loading old textures.
  11. A lot of this is a training issue.. I know that sucks to hear, but it is. In real world environments a lot of masking occurs and sometimes targets don't just jump out at you because their temperature is nomilized with their environment. Using Mark points, talk ons, HMCS, Wild Weasel in some cases, switching color spectrums, and grid searching are the only true ways to draw out a target. Sorry for the frustration. If you ever feel you need help training any drills to help with what I just stated, let me know..
  12. Bug? No.. but that configuration should not be allowed.
  13. I am not sure NineLine monitors all the forums, but I can taste the excitement. Less creamer in the coffee gents.. I think the summary is "soon" and closer to "very soon".
  14. Lastly, CCIP gun piper can give you distance to target. Combination of setting SPI and radar altimeter will help ensure proper engagement distance and safe egress..
  15. As I did not have much first hand IAM experience, I am certainly aware of how to target at night. As stated in a few posts, NVG with InfaRed pointer works wonders for illuminating a target. The real answer unfortunately is simple. "Check and verify." In real world scenarios you would be doing pilot related drills to check and verify on certain type of control targets and some of those are sight unseen and mostly consist of verifying your INS drift, read-back information, or painted target. Or a combination of all of them. Even verifying everything in your control you can still miss your target. There are checklists to make sure you verify all of your information is correct and accurate and you rely on them and your training. Ultimately lack of attention can needlessly cost someone their life and it may be same team. If flying with other people, or JTAC, a talk on may be warranted by someone who has more SA than you. Practice at it..
  16. I agree with this That said, HB has a reputation of going above and beyond for their customers. I have little doubt the F4 will be any less..
  17. I doubt they will. Some of the contributors are extremely against that stuff. At least for the AH-64.. ...tor likes his guys straight and to the point.
  18. "Radical!" HB always 90 notches above their peers.. Keep up that HB can do attitude. It is sure welcomed over some of the quality and responses from other venues...........and I will just leave it at that. "I can't guess. Probably another two weeks." "You can't guess for another two weeks?"
  19. Yes. Hopefully that will be added later on..
  20. Was this a model upgrade only, or was the range and program functions increased as well?
  21. I may be the odd ball out, but I want Jester II to be highly motivated..
  22. We already have the similar system, flight module, etc in DCS, why no T38A. You offer the T51 which is a full fidelity prop for DCS but only offer the SU25 on the jet side. While the SU25 is a good airframe in DCS, it does not offer the attraction of a full fidelity aircraft. With the recent drop of the Sinai map along with having several maps now that pertain to countries that have owned and operated the F5, having a FREE T38 for people to learn and get started with DCS would be a great service. This would be the first multi-role free module that would allow experienced DCS pilots to share an experience with new people to the platform with the least amount of effort put in on the development side. I would gladly pay for the T38..but I see this as a win for ED if you could pull it off..
  23. I am having this identical issue.. It only happened after I reinstalled my computer and DCS. It only happens when running DCS.
