weird problem with Labels.lua file

I have updated or changed the Labels.lua file. Yet the old values or how the labels appear in game still show up that way. I even removed the file completely from the View folder and I still have the labels in game. I thought I might cause a game crash but it did not. I do not use Steam for DCS.

 

 

Any clues?
