M.E. Activating Radio Transmission sound file

Can anyone advise if, in M.E., it is possible to activate a self-recorded radio sound file using a key or button stroke rather than a trigger?

Yes it can . . . just search youtube for DCS Mission Editor Radio Menu and you will find several video that will help you with your question. Both text messages and audio .ogg sound files.
