Banding over water in Persian Gulf

I am recently spotting this weird banding over water when flying in Persian Gulf, it is very apparent when flying up high and down the coast. At first thought it was my monitor having problem but it persisted in a screenshot, which leads me to believe it is the way that game is rendering water.

 

 

This banding is kinda "fixed" in position, so as you move around, the vertical banding doesn't move. Only happen to water. I haven't yet tested in Caucasus.

Just took these and all seems fine. I'm using latest OB.

 

Maybe try a repair? Could be issue with gpu or some settings?

Just curious, what is your game setting? i am thinking if there is something going on with either the AA/AF combo. I am running mine at 2x AA, 16x AF. 1440p.
