GeForce Experience / questions

I have, again, this issue, and I don't really know how to fix it :

when I play ( and record ) everything looks amazing, but after, when I watch the video, it looks awful, pixelated.

I tried different setings ( highest possible, also ) for nVidia Geforce Experience, but no go

Here is a printscreen, as you can see, the clouds looks just awful.

Any ideas how to fix this ?? Is there maybe, a setting from the monitor / TV ?? Hardware ? Software ??

Thank you
