(poll) Type 93 to good enough i688 Los Angeles class

I edited some lua files to turn the type 93 Chang class into a makes shift i688 Los Angeles class.

I'm curious if anyone is interested in having this for themselves please note at the moment I didn't mod the model or skin of the submarine but added a 2nd type 93 to the US and changed it's name as it appears on the ME and map screens
