Carrier Launch Comuniacation Sequnce

Comunication and proceeding during Carrier Launch doesnt works correctly.

Im standing ready to launch (launch bar down) and Item "Povolit start"(Czech) consequently JBD - Jet Blast Deflector doesnt stand up. Keyboard KEY "U" has no efect. ???
