I wonder if anyone can help or point me to a relevant thread regarding DCS dashboard operation.

 

I currently have half a dozen missions on our remote server. The two main ones are Deadlyfishes TTI Gulf and Caucasus.

I have modified his Gulf mission with a trigger that, after 6 hrs, ends the mission and then loads the Caucasus one. This it does successfully.

The problem is that the dashboard shows the current mission as the Caucasus, the list of missions shows the Gulf as running instead, and the after loading the Caucasus, goes into pause mode.

 

What I want to do is run the Gulf mission for 6 hrs, trigger the Caucasus load and run it next without me having to attend the dashboard to resume the mission.

The dashboard shows a different mission name than the missions' list, you're right. Stick with the dashboard though, that one is accurate.

I've noticed this from the beginning and didn't feel the urge to report it. Thought it to be a small issue, but it is one nonetheless.

 

As to the pausing part:

- Click on the settings (the one with the cogwheels icon)

- Click "Advanced"

- The last option in the "Advanced Options" menu is the one you're looking for. It has 3 options:

-- Resume manual (mission's resumed manually)

-- Resume on load (mission resumes once it's loaded - I think this is what you're looking for)

-- Resume with clients (mission's paused until players start joining the server, then it resumes automatically)
