How to make friendly artillery to fire?

I own Combined Arms, and I want to be a pilot of a chopper, and scout for enemy positions, them order my friednly artillery to fire on the enemies I detected. I add the Game commander, and I can order them to a certain objective, but they never fire, they¡re in range, but sit there doing nothing, simply watching the rain fall.

Any idea?

The artillery can take up to 3 minutes to have a fire solution. See what happen after 3 minutes.

Nothing happens, even after 15 min they never aim or fire.
