Highwayman-Ed Posted March 19, 2020 Posted March 19, 2020 (edited) AI aircraft seem to emit smoke from their engines in direct proportion to that of the player. When I first observed the problem, I was flying an AV-8B approaching a KC-130 tanker from 10 miles out, and as I got closer, I noticed that the tanker was letting out smoke in relation to my throttle settings. The Harrier in the higher RPM's is particularly smokey, so it really stood out. I considered that it may be a module bug with the Harrier and the KC-130 coming from Razbam and being coded together (sorry guys), but I observed the same behaviour with several mixes of Aircraft KC-135's, Mirage, Hornet, Eagle's, always related to the Aircraft that I was flying. In the Hornet, for example, the smoke was there but it was VERY faint and directly matched when my aircraft would be producing smoke. I've attached a track file with several aircraft set out in front of me, and manipulate the throttle to highlight the effect.
