dresoccer4 Posted March 24, 2020 Posted March 24, 2020 quick q: what are the highlighted RWR icons in the screenshot? One is a nautical U (which means unknown but has the water symbol?) even though I'm over land. The other is RT which isn't in Chuck's guide which I'm using. Thanks! Tippis Posted March 24, 2020 Posted March 24, 2020 U = Unknown, usually a ship and the RWR has no idea that you're not over water so it makes an educated guess… if it's usually a ship, it's probably a ship now as well. Even in the middle of a desert. RT = Rapier Blindfire Tracking radar. ❧ ❧ Inside you are two wolves. One cannot land; the other shoots friendlies. You are a Goon. ❧ ❧

Tippis Posted March 24, 2020 Posted March 24, 2020 Depending on how it's modelled, it could conceivably be a very weak Rapier Launcher signal being too far away to actually identify as such, and for similar reasons the RWR should be able to be confused by weak signals such that it thinks there are more emitters around than is actually the case… but tbh, that should look a bit different and it's all WIP anyway so who knows? :D ❧ ❧ Inside you are two wolves.
