Hi guys, the sea effects and water in general has been improved so much in the latest builds and with 2.5.6 you did really good job. Congrats!:thumbup:

My only concern is related to the visual scale of representation of the sea waves when there is a minimum wind force: if at low altitude they are shown very well and in a pretty realistic way, from approx 1000 feets and above IMHO they are scaled in a not natural way.

For example if i set only 6 knots at sea level, the waves effect while flying at 2000" along a whatever coastline have such length and height that is seems there is wind/sea storm occuring with 50 knots of wind...

I dont know if somebody else have noted it...

Yes, I notice the same thing. At altitude, what appear to be whitecaps that fade in and out, are huge... easily twice the size of the Stennis.

yesterday i was flying in abu dhabi area at approx at 3000" feets with just 8 knots of wind and the waves appeared to be so big that if were true they could have flooded all the costal areas...

I think that this could be implemented in a better way just changing the scale how the phenomena is represented at the various altitudes.
