Getting out of DCNTR mode

So i was flying a mission tonight and hit the DCNTR mode button on the AMPCD and then couldn't get back to CNTR mode, how do I do it?

If you're on the SA page, just press it again. If you're on the HSI, go MODE -> T UP (Track Up).
