Problem with activation

Hello ppl, i have bough WEB version, and i have Serial Numb, but after instalation of Flamming Cliffs 1.1b and Web Patch 1.12b, when i start game i'm gettin to add Serial Numb manualy or automaticly, on both ways key is wrong??? Hot to reslove this problem???

I've just checked your serial number. It's absolutely correct one.

 

May be you have mixed up the serial number and the hardware code? Or you are trying to use the second version of SF Pro Active activation? FC is protected with the first version. Did you read the FAQ about activation?

i dont understand, when i got serial and link for download, i just clicked there and downloaded FC.... i didnt try to mix serial or hardware, i bough this 2 days ago. I dont know how to get hardware code? tell me steps how to register game if you can. I have there, Automaticly, and Manualy, on Manualy every time i see diferent number, and when i click next i have blank place to add serial, doesent work for me, and, in Automatic i have to add only serial numb.

 

 

edit: btw i dont have this yelow window, i have some blue one with buttons, Automaticly, Manualy and Exit....
