selection line overrules key binding for jester menu

Given I open the jester menu,

and I put the selection line to menu item 1 (or any other),

and I press the defined hotkey for menu 3 (jester menu right),

then menu item 1 is selected instead of menu item 3.

 

In combination with the other bug of the desyncronised selection line in VR it is no fun to talk to jester in VR at the moment.
