How to add lights to ground vehicles and how can they illuminate tanks?

Civil vehicles can light the road with lights, but tanks can't light the road. It's still dark under the lights.Maybe I should refer to the lights on the destroyer's apron?

I believe its a DCS limitation at the moment. I think they're working on it
