If I’m not wrong,‘deleting a waypoint or a mark point is not posible, just replace with new coordinates or just ignore it.

If a waypoint is bugging you, create a sequence -- you can create up to 3 sequences, each with up to 15 waypoints IIRC -- and simply lieve it out.

 

If it's already in a sequence, it can be removed from a sequence, thus making it easy to ignore.
