Drag80 Posted April 18, 2020 Posted April 18, 2020 Hello everyone. I have a question to ask. Can short range IR guided SAMs engage stand off glide bombs like GB-6s?? In DCS world units like Avengers and Chapprals do engage GB-6s. Keeping in view the fact that glide bombs do not have any heat source, is it realistic ?? On the other hand, radar guided AAA guns might engage as the glide bombs are quite large and have Radar signature. Need opinion please. Thanks and best regards.
