MrNelz Posted April 19, 2020 Posted April 19, 2020 Just loaded up the lastest stable update and opened DCS world and it said that my modules were not valid on my account and promptly removed all of my modules. I have been a customer since DCS black shark and now have no modules to play. What the hell is going on?
Greyman Posted April 19, 2020 Posted April 19, 2020 The server has been having some issues today and that might have caused what you are experiencing. It looks like the authentication process might have not logged you in properly and therefore cannot find your licences. Maybe try again and/or try logging in to your account on the ED website and check out the store. Your modules should still be marked as purchased, but either way, I'm sure that ED will restore them if they have gone missing. Good luck and stay safe
MrNelz Posted April 20, 2020 Author Posted April 20, 2020 Sorted yep seemed to be a server issue. It went all sorts of wonky asking for serials for modules that have been keyless for ages. All sorted and back to normal now.
