F-14 Steam Transfer

I realized I can adding/linking my modules out of steam into standlaone and noticed the F-14 had an option to "transfer" the license. Does that add it to DCS and keep it also in steam? or is it a removal from steam and into standlone only?

Disregard, found my answer, it will exist on both Steam and Standalone.
