KC-135 night refueling lights missing

Would it be possible to add flood lights like these to be able to comfortably refuel at night?

Currently the boom is lit up and the up/down/fwd/aft indicators...but thats it. It's like refuelling in a black hole and nearly impossible unless you use NVGs.

 

Adding some floodlights shouldn't be too difficult to add, or is it?
