Where can I re-download it; I have a weak internet connection and it would take forever to uninstall then reinstall the entire game.

Have you tried the repair option? I don’t have a link but if you search DCS repair then you should get plenty of good hits.

You can use the Steam repair option...

  • Right click "DCS World Steam Edition"
  • Click "Properties" option
  • Click "Local Files" tab
  • Click "Verify Integrity of Game Files"

This will check local files and replace missing ones.
