Timed HOTAS functions activate only on button release

The issue that is present in the Hornet and still hasn't been fixed despite being reported last year, has also crept its way to the Viper.

 

HOTAS TMS left long (IFF interrogate) and TMS right long (TWS/RWS toggle) functions activate in DCS only after button is released.
