Japanese marking available for all nations

Not sure if this is intentional or not, but the fictional Japanese paintschemes/markings seem to be available for all nations, just just Japan. This was not previously the case.

 

While it is, of course, possible to ignore those you don't want, it does not stop others selecting them on multiplayer servers, to the detriment of those servers trying to retain an historical setting.

I agree that the skins should be linked to the nation that they represent, for the sake of historical settings.

 

 

Hopefully it should be a quick fix as it would just require that countries = {"JPN",} is placed at the bottom of the Japanese skin description files.
