Searchlights turning off and flakless nights again?

I'm seeing two apparent bugs in Open Beta:

 

 

1. Search lights will turn on, but turn off again son thereafter and do not re-activate

 

 

2. Flak seems to not fire at night, again (we've had this bug before)
